They were comfortable with good air conditioning, very cozy bed, clean room and toilet, quality bed linens, and a selection of firm and soft pillows. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who even checked in on my partner and offered to walk with us to the nearby pharmacy. The location couldn't have been better, close to the lake, shops, and sights, making it a lovely choice in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter.
